The service was friendly and helpful, though there were issues with the hotel claiming misunderstandings. The location is convenient for exploring Hollywood and nearby areas, despite a slight stench of Lysol in some areas. The dining experience was available at the Spyce cafe/restaurant downstairs, with some miscommunication between the hotel reception and the cafe. The facilities were basic but satisfactory.
